At Server Surplus, customer satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of the enterprise hardware we sell and strive to provide a straightforward, hassle-free return process.
Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which it was received and include any accessories, components, or packaging provided with the order. Proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at compsupplyoffice@gmail.com. Once your return request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Please note that returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping, defective, or different from what was ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and work toward a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:

If you require a different product, capacity, or model, we recommend initiating a return for the original item and placing a new order once the return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval, in addition to any time required by your financial institution.
