Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

We ship orders through trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, and other qualified delivery providers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed during checkout.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging

All products are packaged with care to help protect sensitive electronic components during transit. Enterprise storage devices and hardware are secured using appropriate packaging materials to minimize the risk of shipping damage.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email when available.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Server Surplus is not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
